Exoligamentz’ collection of your personal data
Exoligamentz may collect personal data which identifies you as an individual (directly or indirectly through the combination with other information held by Exoligamentz). In order for you to use certain functionalities provided through this website (for example, the contact form, the product purchasing pages or the glove size advisor), Exoligamentz may require that you furnish personal data such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number and the size of your hands and fingers.
The server hosting this website automatically logs your IP address when you visit this website, along with the time of your visit, the pages visited and your user agent.
If you visit this website, Exoligamentz collects information about your use of the website by storing on your device Google Analytics and Sourcebuster cookies that contain unique identifiers. Exoligamentz’ use of your personal data
Exoligamentz may collect and use your personal data for the following specific purposes:
- to sign you up for the product information letter or send requested information to you
- to inform you of (or contact you in respect of) products and services that Exoligamentz believe may be of interest to you
- to advise you on the size of the Exoligamentz’ product that best fits you

Exoligamentz’ transfer of your personal data to third party recipients and third countries
Exoligamentz may disclose your personal data
- to its third party service providers who provide services such as website hosting, data analysis, IT services, product shipment, payment handling, and other similar services to enable them to provide these services
- other recipients based on legitimate interests as permitted under applicable law
- to a third party in the event of any merger, sale or transfer or other disposition of all or substantially all of Exoligamentz’ business
- to a third party as permitted by applicable law, to comply with legal procedures, to respond to requests from public authorities, to enforce Exoligamentz’ Privacy Policy and to protect Exoligamentz’ rights

Your rights with regard to your personal data

- ask Exoligamentz whether it processes personal data about you, for which purposes, the categories of personal data concerned, to which recipients those data have been disclosed and (where possible) the envisaged period for which those data will be stored or the criteria used to determine that period
- inquire with Exoligamentz about the appropriate safeguards relating to its transfers to third countries
- ask Exoligamentz a copy of the personal data undergoing processing (including for data portability purposes) and have it rectified
- withdraw your consent or object against the further processing on the basis of legitimate interests and request erasure of your personal data
- request that the processing of your personal data is restricted by Exoligamentz
- request not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you
In order to do so, you should send Exoligamentz an e-mail to info@exoligamentz.com or a letter on the address below with sufficient proof of your identity. Exoligamentz will undertake the necessary action without undue delay and typically provide requested information within 30 days from receipt of the request.

Processing of applicant data
When you apply for an open position through our website, we collect and process personal data that you voluntarily provide via the application form. This may include your name, contact details, CV, motivation letter, and any other information relevant to evaluating your application.
Applicant data is processed for the purposes of:
- assessing and managing applications
- communicating with candidates during the recruitment process
- caintaining a recruitment reserve, where consent has been provided
We use Notion, a digital workspace and database platform, to collect and manage applicant data. The information you submit is stored in our internal Notion database and is accessible only to individuals involved in the recruitment process.
Notion acts as a data processor within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Notion’s infrastructure is, by default, hosted in the United States via Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a result, applicant data may be stored and processed outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
To ensure an adequate level of data protection, Notion relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR.
