Marketing Manager (freelance or payroll)

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager to connect brand, growth, and digital performance.
You will work closely with the founder to help position Exoligamentz as a brand athletes trust and develop marketing systems that support B2C growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for the European launch (D2C and B2C).
  • Define and manage go-to-market plans, campaign calendars, and digital acquisition funnels.
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce performance.

Profile

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing, ideally within D2C/e-commerce or sports/lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, conversion funnels, and marketplace management.
  • Experience developing or managing paid acquisition, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
  • Strategic thinker with operational discipline:
  • You excel in a collaborative environment where passion meets impact
  • Proactive, resourceful, and used to working in lean, fast-moving teams.
  • Fluent English required.
